What is Rust Sentry Ban?

Correct me if im wrong

I haven't played Rust for a quit a while because I was not able to play Legit I kept on getting banned

Anyways, as far as I can remember it's almost identical to a Cerberus ban AKA your stats that look unlegit. As I said, correct me if im wrong. But this would mean you played "too well" for a new acccount and your stats were not legit.
