Rust Server Ban

So I just got banned for the 2nd time on a rust server that I really like , I guess if I just buy a new account and try to connect to the server I will get insta banned for alt game bans

Anyone knows how I can bypass the server ban ? do i need a new IP or a new HWID?

Alright , thank you

Luckily i have 2 internet connections at my home so I can just use my 2nd connection


Edit:
I actually just restarted my router and now I have a new ipv4 , is it that IP that need to be changed , or should I better use my 2nd connection ?
