First thing after buying account I try to load into a couple servers, and on Rusty M00se and I'm dcedermabanned for ban evading. But I am fine on Rxstoria and Rxstafied.
What is more likely here, the previous owner got server banned or M00se somehow caught me evading when the other official servers couldn't. To be honest I don't care much about M00se but I am worried that this server ban will be linked to Rxstoria and Rxstafied servers and get me banned over there as well...

usually they auto ban like that because of ip bans, but u said u got a whole new ip so that isnt the issue, i recommend uninstalling rust and all related files so clearing traces, then spoofing everything needed for rust like bios, serials, cpu, gpu etc and then on the new ip reinstall the game, also i recommend if u dont know what ur looking for when deleting and clearing traces i recommend using a cleaner made by a trusted provider

if its bs, then u explain how they ban off traces and ip, explain how hwid bans work and bans from traces, cause thats how exactly they work

You're clearly lacking knowledge in this particular field. Tried to be as clear as I could in the previous post but this makes me question if you even read it. You're free to believe whatever you want though, but you should stop spreading misinformation and rather keep it to yourself.

I did the exact same as you and I got banned for ban evading. I revo uninstalled steam & rust etc but it didnt work. They kept tracking me back. I reinstalled, new ip new acc etc never had that issue again.

There is a shared database of all your past steam profiles, they can somehow link your new steam profile to your banned one and ban you. I can't remember what the tool is called but its used by all the youtuber servers, Rustoria however do not use it so that would explain why you didn't get banned there. As stupid as is sound to say aloud, this tool actually seems like magic. It works suprisingly well. My friend who has access to it managed to link all my alts to my main profile. I wish I could tell you how to avoid it but I have really no idea.
There is also a tool to check if you are or were in almost any cheating discord which goes back about 4 years, so don't link your discord in servers if you want to stay safe from that too.
