Help with ban evading

So i used to play rust alot like a year ago and i ended up getting a ban on one of my accounts after making a few accounts i ended up getting banned from servers for ban evasion so i decided to just quit rust. recently ive been feeling like getting back in it, im pretty sure im not hwid banned but im pretty sure its just becuase i have a banned account on my ip (correct me if im wrong tho) but anyways unforntanaly i dont have a dynamic ip so i cant change and also another problem i have is that the vpns i used were either gave me high ping or didnt have residential ips, is there any way around this

HWID ban is when your pc series are banned from your parts. So if your still able to load up rust on new acc your not HWID banned. Now for the IP ban, it can be solved by either using a residential VPN, I’d say mysterium good, but it’s now over used and most of the residential Ips are already banned. So I’d advise going with rapid vpn, it’s a private residential vpn which you pay around 20-30 a month for a exclusive in which only you have. Though if you actually haven’t played rust for a year, I’d say it’s worth applying the bans. Just explain that you really regret cheating etc you wanna play legit. I’d say most servers would actually unban you
