I have been watching a kamomo stream now for about 30 minutes. How can he see previous game bans and stuff. Will I be safe if I start playing legit soon even though I did cheat? I have all my info changed besides my monitor. List of everything I changed: Discord account, all emails registered, all hardware besides monitor, IP (I have a dynamic IP) can they see location? Just want to know before I start playing again.

Your old banned accounts will be linked to your IP, obviously, you can just change your IP through your ISP to fix this. As I stated in the other thread, monitor serials alone won't get you banned.

Sorry just trying to take extra precaution. Thanks for the help. So does DHCP take care of the ip issue. As in changing my ip.

Just having a dynamic IP wont actually change you IP. You will have to allocate a certain IP to you computer that you will be cheesing on, as in login to your router find the range of IPs you can use and select one of them, turning off you router wont change it, unless you leave it off for 24hrs. If you ISP allows it, id recommend buying a block of static IPs (normally super cheap, ATT is like 10 buck a month for 16 static IPs.)
In short:
Login to your router, find you device (your computer) and allocate a new IP to that device.

What the...... did I just read?
If you're on a dynamic ip and you want to initiate a lease of a new ip address you'll have to change your routers mac address, your ip address is assigned\leased to your mac by your isp. It won't change unless your mac changes or someone else leases it while you're disconnected.

Hey you seem to be one of the smarter people on this site. I have an eero router system. What should I do? Thanks for all the help.
