torguard dedicated vpn works for rust ?

got a couple of questions about torguard.

does torguard work with dedicated ip ? to escape the VPN plugin these servers use ?
if yes. wich bundle do i need ? and how do i get more dedicated ip's than only 2.
because most servers use a plugin to see if you use a VPN and if you do they give you the boot and tell you to turn it off.

I have made my own tool for chanceing your ip and decimallated Heximals witch means u aren't going to get catched on server for vpn, but u still have another ip and DNS
