There’s not many esp only cheats out. I’d say just buy a good UD cheat and only use esp.
Seeker is one of the best rn, with no detections for over a year atleast.

I would suggest to stay away from hyperaim.gg. After Rust update (not last one.. that big one last month) their cheat is not working at all. No menu option, game crashes for everyone after 1 minute playing. Their support is ridiculous, they keep joking on your problems instead of fixing it. It is practically a SCAM. They keep seling their cheat and don't tell anyone it is not working and "updating".
