Keep Getting 3 Day Cerb Ban

I recently got gamebanned on rust, it wasnt an hwid ban, and now whenever I buy a new account and play I get 3 day bans within a couple hours even though I changed my IP and reformatted my pc.

What do I have to do to not have my account flagged for 3 day bans, I know you dont HAVE to spoof as I have friends and know of people that have gotten gamebanned and dont spoof
