i just found a Video on YouTube and tried it out and it worked very fine for me on every Server, cause it is a bug or glitch hahaha
(Could be fixed anytime, so no warrantys)
First of all you will need:
-> AK Blueprint (+ Comps)
-> New Arctic-Pack DLC (Costs 12,99)
-> A repairbench to reskin
-> Some time
Okay step by step:
1. Get yourself a AK (any skin)
2. Took the 4 bullets out
3. Reskin it to the arctic skin
4. Took the 4 bullets out again
5. Reskin it into any other skin
6. Took the 4 bullets out again hahaha
7. Now repeat step 3 to 6 and you will get 4 bullets with every change (5.56)
8. If your inv is full with bullets, go to a recycler and recycle them
9. Now you got maaaaany Gunpowder and metal frags
