Bypass for mouse A4tech x750

Hi I have mouse A4tech x750 and i can't play on it the ****** program to play rust with out macro don't work for me because its old A4tech mouse not ******. If someone can give me a fix to it for free plis help. You can msg here or discord matipp1#6968 Thank for all help
