Question about actual "Bots"

Is it possible to program a bot to farm nodes or do other actions? What programming language would this be done in, and what would the title be of the person who makes programs like this? For example, the software would need to be able to do things like enter/exit the base automatically, grab a pick, run around the map farming, and bring it back after having a certain amount.

I'm mostly interested in talking to someone who is a professional at this stuff (i.e. they create things like this on an outsourcing basis and know what they're talking about). What would this person be called?

Its possible but I doubt anyone would be willing to do it, it would need a cheat within itself to get the position of the nodes, health of the pickaxe (so it doesn't end up running around the map endlessly). It will need to know when to jump to get over obstacles, avoid players, enter codes to the base, know where and how to store the stuff, so its most probably a no from everyone.

Even if it does exist it would more than likely be private. Then again it's pointless anyways. Just get someone with aimbots and ESP for containers and you're good to go just dont rage it 24/7. Honestly you shouldn't have problems obtaining any supplies if you have ESP + Aimbot.

My goal was to run this passively on a separate system (like a VPS machine). I wouldn't feel comfortable running actual cheats on my primary system because I value my Steam account/access to Rust.

I don't know if I could get a VPS that works well enough graphically to allow me to use a cheat on a new primary account and enjoy playing all that much. Could I run it on a VPS just for scouting/farming purposes maybe? Is this what most people do?
