If you would have 1% programming knowledge, you know that this is a C/C++ project (detectable on the file ending ".h .cpp"), so create a project and put all files in. It isn't recommend to compile that, because it's very old and wouldn't work anymore, and you don't know the function of the cheat. You don't know what you have to do, to get the cheat working.
