You can always check epvp for reviews and discussions. As for support, if you are a bit patient, you will get an answer in your ticket. Just keep in mind that we have many users to help, so we can't always reply instantly.
The bot automatically asks for the required info upfront so we can validate your account if you haven't sent it already.
