Same about crashes, 5 or more times but devs says "Is your internet conection".

That's not true, you can ask questions before buying.
Make sure your Discord ID is linked to your forum account. If the Discord ID you use to join our server doesn’t match the one registered in our forum, the bot will remove you.

I've noticed some comments mentioning that the software may not work well for all users, and that support can be slow. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a 1-day trial key available for testing.
