The bot is able to recognize humanoid figures. It does not acquire targets by color, or gear etc. That is how it works on so many games. I personally used the base unmodified aimbot on Rust and it worked really well once I got the settings adjusted for sensitivity etc. The only time I had issues on Rust was at night time, but that was because the bot couldn't see because Rust has the darkest night in the world.
Alternatively, if you are willing to do a bit of extra setup, the community has submitted many custom models that improve the performance in specific games. I know there are some custom models available for Rust, Apex, Fortnite, and CoD. I am sure there are more, I have not looked through them all though.
