Banned after an hour, injected for 10 mins game crashed and came back to a EAC Ban, support said it was a hwid ban, I have never cheated in rust or any other eac games lol

We have active ban logs and checks every hour. These have never exceeded an excess of 5% or more.
Users being banned in 1-2 hours is usually an issue on their side. When they are complying to help us understand their issue, we solve it within an hour. Usually utilising a spoofer is the solution.
"Im not HWID Banned" - Ive seen atleast 5 people say this when they have previously game banned accounts still stored in their steam folder. But yet its out fault.
IF their truly is an issue we are always open about it and gain nothing from hiding of the sort. Take PUBG for example we were open about the ongoing tests due to a very small ban amount increase.
