I initially went to AVM to buy and get resell access. Instead, one of their support staff, @

, decided to DM me directly. I figured I’d give him a shot — after all, everyone has to start somewhere, right? I thought I’d support someone new. Well, that turned out to be a mistake.
I’m not too bothered — life goes on — but here’s what happened: @

gave me a product called Synex, which is essentially a rebranded version of what AVM offers. I received the keys and everything, but he failed to help me actually get the product up and running.
When I explained the issues I was having, he brushed it off as a “visual bug” and told me to upgrade Windows. I did. Then he told me to downgrade. I did that too. Then it was the BIOS — same result. Nothing worked, and the product remained unusable for me.
He didn’t offer a full refund or even acknowledge that the product might just not be compatible with my system. So, I went back to AVM, since that’s where this all started. Their policy says to report anyone who redirects you to another server, so I filed a complaint.
I spoke with @

, explained everything, and didn’t expect much — I just wanted him to be aware that someone from his team was going behind his back. He asked for proof, I sent it — and instead I got banned.
So I guess they’re working together. That “report scammer” policy? Completely useless. 😂💀🤡
Just sharing this so others are aware — stay away from them if you don’t want to deal with shady or unprofessional behavior.
