OK here it is.
Clear the trash mobs all the way up to the ambassador. Eeven the guys sitting behind the spears in that little area behind the spears to the left. Now once you have done this pull the boss iwth a warrior out in front of the spears square right in the middle of the path. Everyone else get behind the spears and let the Main Tank aggro the boss a while. Once you pull the raptor will spawn also. Just pull him to the entire group behind the spears and kill him.
