Added the ability to choose between "Soft Clean" and "Hard Clean".

Soft Clean will only touch the most necessary parts to evade EAC.
This means no unnecessary files or registry entries affected. You wont even notice its presence.

Hard Clean will work more as a generic cleaner, which will clean basically every corner of your computer.

As its been requested a couple of times I decided to update the spoofer to support additional windows versions. Hopefully this will satisfy the needs of some of you

Added support for:
- Windows 10 x64 Build 1903

VAC does not hwid ban. They do however issue bans on request by EAC.

Appreciated, we're using sciter as our ui framework. It's a multiplatform engine using html/css/js which I don't think anyone else in here is using
