Apologies if this is a stupid question but what is the difference between soft/hard clean?
Spoofing is temporary which means you will need to spoof each time you restart your computer.
Cleaning is permanent and only required once between each ban.
Soft Clean (EAC ONLY) will only touch the most necessary parts to evade EAC. This means no unnecessary files or registry entries affected. You wont even notice its presence.
Hard Clean (BATTLEYE & EAC) will work more as a generic cleaner, which will clean basically every corner of your computer.

Pretty sad you can only pay with crypto. I tried purchasing with BC, turned out the sending costs as much as the product itself. I don't want to risk that. Already spent hundreds on another spoofers & keys that got banned

That's unfortunate. We know that btc fee can be pretty rough when price surges like it has lately. However, we added LTC solely for that reason. The average LTC fee is around 2-2.5$. Hopefully that'll make you reconsider.
