Well, now we know the web-scraper I'm using isn't working well. Thanks for the additional reviews, will update the list.

For future reference to others:

Good -> 10% or less of reviews are negative
Fair -> 10%-30% of reviews are negative
Poor -> 30%-50%+ of reviews are negative

why not just make a google sheets and lock it so only u can update it? easier than updating screens
