Mr Ich delivered my order today. He got to work on it right away (even sitting in a very long queue), and once he was working on it, he updated me regularly with the progress by sending screenshots all along the way. Truly professional service and exactly what I was hoping for. I felt compelled to give him extra as a tip because he delivered far more than I ordered. Will definitely be re-ordering.
