They are not getting sued.... It just wasn't OpenSource, thats why it has not gotten blocked that often like RSBot
They closed working on that project because lack of time and not getting sued in future.

Yeah. They might be closing because of a lawsuit.
BUT.. they are completely liable. they could be sued.
And that's a huge factor.
Unlike RSBot, since anyone can develop and distribute,
they can't sue anyone
