All you have to do is Download the attachment!
I got this from the official page. I will post a Picture of my scan's.
So you download it.
Extract it ANYWHERE
then Compile(Compile.bat)
Then you run: members or non-members
Login and run scripts!

Have you just updated RSBot and noticed the compiler failing to work? If so try these steps:
1. Update your version of RSBot by SVN (preferred) or download the zip and extract into a new folder
2. Run the Clean script if you're on Windows or run make clean in terminal if you're on Mac or Linux
3. Ensure you have the latest JDK (Java Development Kit) installed, you don't need the JRE or anything else (tools.jar is not used any more)
4. Try compiling again
