but.. i download no-ip to get an ip address the ip address is testscapee.no-ip.biz i click ok for the smile face and its online .. then i did my port forwarding .. soo i went to runelocus.com went on the rs server status checker typed in my rs server ip address and it says its offline
!!!so i run my server run the client try and log in and it wont let me logg in :'(!!
