Should I create An Rsps?

Hey peeps,

I just want to ask should I create an rsps? I know it's a stupid question but since I can create one of the Ultimate RSPS I just want to know so I don't go creating one and waste my time so please continue reading.

What I will Do and add
-----------

- I will Add a Grand Exhange( Prices will be Reasonable lower than Jagex)
- I will Add Add Moderators with better powers
- I will Add New Commands
- I will Edit and add Clan Wars
- I will make a 718( This is going to be a Hell Ride)
- I might add Flyable Dragons or Ridable Bikes
- If I can ill Make the Server Hold 1000 Players or More( This means $200 )
- The XP will be a little bit faster gained than Jagex.
- Ill add Fist Of Guthix
- Ill Research and add Every Item RS has
- Ill add Clan Houses( Meeting Place for Clan kinda like the RS clan Island



Special things I will Add

50 Million Gold = 30 Day Runescape Membership
100 Million Gold = 90 Days Runescape Membership
I will add Hell Points = These are very special You will soon See Why
500 Hell Points = One Year Runescape Membership
1000 Hell Points = Special Hell Sword that I will add to kill players in one hit
Ultimate Clan Tournament( Like clan Wats but This has prizes )


Npc
------------

- Kalphite Queen
- King Black Dragon
- Zombies ( Will fight you even if your fighting other players)
- Giants ( Will linger along everywhere )

And a whole lot More, I will also bring back the old days monsters

Well Guess who's back!

I've finally made it but I'm currently in testing for bugs,Glitches and such. I will tell you when I Put it online

U only want to get cash, but ur Concept is fail.

Btw it is Supid talk to say u have Ridable Bikes the Rs Engine dont support these things.
