Biggest issues in regard to balance are:
1. Pure Attack. Absolutely no +_ Attack bonuses should exist. TL;DR- Psy Wiz, Agi Dhan, Dex Guard, etc. don't benefit, and it makes "2-hit" builds too powerful. +_ All Status is bad as well and it waters down build variety and makes PvP predictable.
2. Glad/Ranger/Mage License should ideally be replaced with % Stat scrolls. Same reason as 1.
3. Blunt Mastery is too strong and the formula should ideally be linear. The power of Reflect, Vanishment, and Int-based healing should be adjusted relative to Templars' damage output
4. Evasion is useless, Silence is OP @40s. Elemental resistance from Psy/Int should not block % of Elem damage- it should be a raw number.
