Hello,im planning to make good server not just **** like others so i have few questions:
1.is it possible to change that **** rohan models (weap or armor....) Into new models made by blender?or what software rohan using for models?
2. Is it possible to add new monsters? Madd by me
3.is it possible to add new map?
4.is it possible to change UI as i wish?

You can do that but it will req some work, also new Animations for the Monsters etc have to be made in Blender/Unity.
Its not worth trust me, i was looking into it aswell but the Time you need for that isnt worth it.
Also others will be able to "steal" your Client and use it as "selfmade", like 99% of the PH/Indo People do, there are only few People who make their own Client but soon or later People will use it for their **** Servers.

Rohan's models are actually quite nice. It's easy to change them to different ones via bin edits or renaming files inside the gems. The animations are also decent at proper frame rates as opposed to the default 20fps.
