Maximum Member Enter TSB

Hi All,

I would like to know, how to change Min/Max member entering TSB Area in MapTH Hero 4, since the MapServer structure kinda different with other Map Server Hero 2 / Hero 3.

If you have any insight or clue which point should i trace to get it in MapServer.
