How to Fix this one?

Anyone here know how to fix this error? I already disable FW and WF but still I receive this error. Thanks in advance! I use Rohan H3 Client. And I dont know what's wrong.
I used 127.0.0.1 to all the ip but still no luck.

I already did that, and I fixed by changing the MapID and database file. Thanks anyway
