FPS is unplayable, any fix?

I've tried different servers recently and the game is fine until I actually go in game. The fps drops so bad it's unplayable. I remember better fps on my older machines so I find it weird. I'm running a:

i7-6700HQ octacore CPU
GTX 1070 GPU
16gb ram

No throttling and no disk overloads. All drivers are updated. Currently running on Windows 10, consequently dx12.

Anyone knows what could the problem be? I could run other games perfectly.

default FPS is 30
You can change MAX FPS to 60 if you have unpkaced rohanclient
Or you can login as gm and type /showframe on to show framerate and /setframe 60 to change FPS Max

That's the thing, it's probably below 10.
