No chance atm, let's see first this server staying online for more than 3 months. I mean they been 'preparing' for about 8 months and they launched full of bugs. People picked their classes at the beginning and GM started nerfing them 3-4 days after so they made people start from 1lvl again new characters (which means they didn't even test the characters or the skills they changed). Pretty much failed the launching of the server, let's see how it goes.

Basic stuffs to farm until you get Ip tickets from ronelia, end game armors are in Ip mall. 250Ip drops from ronelia. Midrate server. Easy 1-99 100-110 took some time but not days. Depends. Custom rings to be followed. Newbie weapons and accessories in Ip mall too.. antihack, anticrash, antiwpe for IP mall. Fixed. 5101 fixer @ web. Its a hero 2 server.

yea trying rohanworld the rps is given if stay online if you are max level and the xp is decent but the hard part to battle now is the farming of ip-ticket it looks like the ip mall is the key to key strong there.it has 20 people max active i saw online.
