Reflect armor parts

Hello epvp community! I just want to ask if there are quests that gives armor part with reflect% as a reward? I think I remember seeing some part but idk where to get it. Can't even find it on Google or other sites.

Not sure but check 51 lvl quest at lime,it was giving red dragon helm i think,but not sure what stats,it req some paragon guardians.
