PlayWith Korea will not offer franchises to a private company. You must have an existing public corporation listed on a stock market. Once you have that you must present your partnership offer to PlayWith Korea.
In that offer be prepared to prove profitability and what market demographic you are operating. They will require these to determine if your company will interfere with their currently existing business market.
If they find the above acceptable they will offer to purchase a share in your company up to and possibly including majority share.
This is not a franchise. PlayWith will only form partnerships to operate their products.
