I suggest read more on ragnarok forum sites 
Thor Patcher was made for Ragnarok Online try to check on rAthena or Hercules

If you cant Handle to make the Thor Patcher Working, dont make a Rohan Server...
I mean WTF this is a Thor Patcher and there are many TuT's on the whole Internet and you cant find them ?!

sorry but im not planning to run a server its only for Local Area i mean in that particular place only .

why dont you just make launcher.bat instead of thor if you cant handle it?

You'll have to spend a lot more on an anti-hack unfortunately. Nearly all of them are easily worked around. As far as I'm aware @ is the only one to offer one that works fully.

Da mir der Gunner keinen Spaß mehr macht, entscheide ich mich nun dazu, diesen zu verkaufen.
Der Gunner ist Lv65 und besitzt das komplette Machtkampf-Gear (Accessoirs (bis auf Gürtel) noch auf Gold, allerdings aufwertbar, ich hatte jediglich keine Lust, die Garnis zu machen, da der Unterschied nur gering ist), der Revolver in der Haupthand ist auf +10 und besitzt einen Schweigen-Gottstein.
