hello i want to ask, how to change costume effect / armor / weapon? because the previous thread just say change the name, I do not know which one should rename it?

and I also read the previous thread anyone who asked how to create a portal to the upper, lower, theme park, football stadium, etc. if anyone can tell this clue?

Its kinda easy to add "New" Effects...^^
Just extract gameeffect.bin and take a good look on it.
I dont even know it till i was playing arround with that.
If you understand how this Works, its kinda easy to Edit OR make a Tool for way more easier Edits
