Why other GM command is not working? like gmspeed,create,givemoney but my account is already grade 250. Anyone can help me?

You did not change the procedure. Any account with permission 250, when you log in automatically changes the value to 0.
Only the account "big" runs the commands.

Find "ROHAN6_GetCharacter" function in RohanGame, open it and look for
update RohanUser.dbo.TUser set grade=250 where [login_id] = 'big'

I did that already. I can only do summon boss,npc cut,hide on but I can't do some command like this gmspeed,create,givemoney. Btw, thanks for the reply.

Replace your text.bin with this one, i'm guessing you have a Philippine file in there that replaces their commands from /create to /giveme
This will reset your GM commands to normal, just replace this in your data folder and your server sided data folder.
