Way too high reinforcement rates...long time ago people were satisfied with +5 Rings and +6 was rare...

Yup. Idea is nice exp great but everything usefull is able for ip tickets in shop and after 2h of farming in hazy/ronelia/origin i couldnt gget any single ticket soo its weird.
