how works that script in exchange market which auto-buy high level items and characters at a low price?

i bet u saw that similar xD, well if some 9x character is seal for like 100rps-1000rps, that script or bot, will buy that very quickly, or will sound an alarm, i know it's something like that.. but i cant find it, i search so much.. how can i do it? if that is private, send me a pm xD
