hello thank you for reuploading again i dont know if its invalid or corrupted client. i always receive an error in rohanclient.exe it says "The program can't start because dph.ldr is missing from your computer. i've search it on google but its too many foreign language there (indo i think) i hope you can help me

Reason why I'm releasing this again, it's because some of the players want a non-hero server but have hero features. I didn't test the files again since 2013. If some of you are interested then provide alternate download link.
