From the looks of the picture and the details this guy is saying, it doesnt seem like a crone bug/hack/exploit at all.

Sounds like he decided to drop 1 crone over and over which causes server stress due to the amount of items on the ground in 1 area, meaning your clients start lagging due to having to add 25k single crone icons and titles on the ground, therefore causing lag and dc's.
Same reason people crash when goin g to GH or other binds with large amounts of people ( ie lime back on retail )

I wonder if I can crash irohan with it.. Might be fun to find out -- a million crone dropped in hazy one at a time during ruler spawn ought to do it.
