I am looking something to edit monster.bin Xampp converter doesnt work for me.
I cant use structorian becouse it will be pain in the ***. Anyone have such tool?

Xampp should work. I'll try and dig out a working template if I get time.

Or do you mean xampp itself doesn't work for you?

Xampp works

I even tried to migrate converter to IIS, but on both is same effect - bin crash mapserver.

i did extract and recompiled this using my edited monster.php

just test it if it works, i will release it. oh btw i forgot to rename it to monster.bin

It runs. maybe it's something in xampp or func.php?

well basically after i extract and finished editing the monster.xls i will edit the config and replace func.php to my edited monster.php.

Note: i did test using my other xampp and it did not work properly after a few minutes of fixing, then it works well again ^^
