Looking for the player to player trade hack

So a few people have done this to me already taking items by trading me but I never put the items in the trade.

Im looking for the hack to do it so I can get my items back -_-

There is no Trade Hack. There is a Trade Bug but nothing more.

Any information on how to prevent it then? Or make it so it doesnt happen?
