Just get someone .bin and replace... that's alot easier than doing it manually ...unless you know how to code and knowledge about that byte format ....anyway good luck with excel lol

To Convert .Bin -> .txt there's already thread for that "rohan bin converter" as for editing .bin you can use any hexedior ...ultraedit/hxd or you can code yourself or you can buy from someone who already made bin editor "not bin converter"
