From what I have seen of that server it is decently populated. As for patches, I am sure they will push those out when they are ready to and not a second before.
The people that run that server are not big on setting schedules. You can either play there with that understanding or not. It is all up to you.

Why can't someone simply come out with a Classic 99 server with slightly changed skills to help benefit balanced play with a decent IM that's not to expensive, but not cheap as hell and a system that allows players to get points during online play and not only via $$..
A mixture of Blood War Gaming and Chronos in terms of levels and xp..
A little OldRohan class balance thrown in but not too much skill changes..
Maybe some DarkGamerz and Renaissance and a competitive gameplay where everyone can get similar gear not only dependent on bosses...

You seem to have a vision of the kind of server you want and no server owner out there shares it.
There is only one hope that you will ever see such a server and that is to build it yourself.
Dig deep into that wallet, hire some devs and put your own vision out there.

lol anyone who knows me will know that i don't want to run my own server and money is never an issue... i want to play a populated server without the need to donate ( i will donate if i enjoy it to help keep it up  )
I'm currently rocking out on Guild Wars 2 and World of Warcraft until something better comes out lol

I had a dream, that one day someone will creat server simillar to xor rohan(zrohan), not exact the same, but i guess xor rohan wasnt bad server, maybe they got such big community cause it was only private server then, but i guess cause everyone want to have their own server, that servers are ******, cause they don't know how to develop them properly, i hope u did understood me,sir mi engish bad.

Dreams are a good thing. Problem is that not everyone has the same dream. Everybody has an opinion on what the best pserver should be. Problem is no pserver ever created (including xor/zrohan) actually matches those dreams for everyone. When you play a pserver, you play according to the dreams of that pserver's maker, not your own.
There is only one way to have a pserver that matches your dreams and that is to make your own. Even then the dream kinda loses its appeal since you will play it as GM rather than as a regular player.
