getting banned of botting

so i just want to know from those who got banned..is it the account that is banned or ip address ban??or both??

Haha, i got banned so i was trying to logon to my other account. got message saying My IP is blocked/banned. du'h went into my router restarted it and Hey i am in! in youre face Rohan.

he got a static IP address like me <.< and the only way after that is to use VPNs which kinda lag ur ans out T_T
