first off enter your data folder. then go to texture. if you do not have

make a folder called effect. this is where your aura files will be placed.
if you do not have the effect folder. create it.
now........ here is the part where you make the aura.
CHECKLIST

Paint shop pro
paint
use one of the listed programs or any other image editing
which can handle TGA and BMP files.
STEP one.
there are 3 main files in making an aura.
pikapika2.bmp .. a 128x128 image. black background.
edit it as disired.
this file is the bottom part aura. I.E. Leaf aura. the Leaf on the bottom.
or in the FMA aura. the FMA Circle. .
the easiest way to make an aura. is to edit an existing one. with photoshop and save over it. .
the next file is the glowy part of the aura. color it as you desire.
this file is called freezing_circle.bmp 128x128 also.
the last file is the casting circle i thinK?
eh. of course. 128x128. Black is transparent. and is the background of course.
basically mess around. and thats how you make an aura.
well. its hard to make an ugly one. but check out my TEDDY AURA!!!

you can put it into your effect folder and use it in order to edit.

btw. if you would like to add an aura. simply go to data/texture/effect
and put the files into there.
if you do not have texture. simply make it and then make effect inside of there
Um eigene sprite files zu öffnen könnt ihr folgenden Guide benutzen

Alle nötigen Programme könnt ihr im Anhang runterladen
1.Ihr öffnet mit dem Program "grf Extractor" die von euch gewünschte data.grf aus eurem ROmain ordner.
2. Entpackt ihr entweder alle sprite files (.spr) in einen beliebigen ordner oder ihr nutzt die "SpriteBibel" um mit ihr die gewünschten sprites herauszusuchen.
3.Mit dem Programm "RoPakStudio2" könnt ihr dann ganz bequem jede einzelne entpackte .spr datei öffnen. das programm ermittelt dann alle frames die diese sprite datei enthält und man hat dann die möglichkeit das ganze zu speichern und sich auch anzuschauen.- einfach mal ein bisschen rumtest ;-)
in sprite dateien sind z.B. monster texturen, char texturen und sämtliche item texturen enthalten
