How To Set HOTKEY in BREAKNECK.ZIP

i haven't tried this yet, but from what i see it could mean..
hotkey=0 << assigning the '0' as hotkey, where '0' is caps lock
so you will have to press caps lock to activate the hot key

if you change the 'hotkey = 1', you will have to press 'num lock' to activate it, etc

i will try this later at home and update this post then
