it cant reduce after delay skill, just like WPE, works for DS

all right. extract it to your RO folder then theres an icon of break neck.
drag your RO launcher to breakneck its like puting it in breakneck then a message will apear successfully patch something. just on your capslock and your good to go

Doesn't seem to work on an unprotected eAthena server?
When I start the client after patching I get 2 errors about 'send' and 'recv' address

EDIT: the files have to be in the same folder else you get the errors
It does nothing on my server though, tried all hotkeys
