Just bought a 1month card to test out and support your service...

Before it went Pay2Use it was great! Right now, the bot seems really slow for AlbertaRO2 (no need to choose NA for Alberta server).
Slow casting sequence and won't walk to pick-up loot. Bot jumps randomly, it must be thinking something is blocking its path towards the loot and then gives up trying to pick up.

Will observe and report more later. Maybe this is just a latency issue... I hope it fixes itself soon.

Edit: Bot won't walk. Stays in position and jumps once every 20seconds. Tried using fresh extracted program, same problem. Sad that the first day of Pay2Use is problematic. Hopefully this will be fixed come tomorrow.

If it kills something: bot jumps once, waits 2 seconds, then tries to loot.

Edit1: Tried botting in a different map.
Sograt Desert (Coordinates N 537.3, S 1466.2) and killing Desert Goblin Warriors
First kill = normal behavior, will walk to pick up loot BUT will not take item only open loot window)
Second and succeeding kills = will not walk towards loot, will only jump once and try to loot the body of First killed goblin.
If "Mark picked mobs" is checked, it will walk to other mobs but still will not pick up.
I hope you guys can figure this out soon.

From the above post, people might think my problem isn't fixed.

Actually, the staff did a really great job of talking to me and providing me updates via PM. They fixed the problem within a day of my complaint and also provided me with compensation for the time lost during the period which the bot was bugged.

All in all, from my experience, RO2WALKER has very good customer service along with a great product. Doing business with them is a pleasure to say the least.

I'm sorry to the staff for not updating my post which caused misunderstandings.

it doesn't pick up any DNA fragments at all if i put "DNA fragment" in the loot filter. Is it just me? please help.

You need to put "*DNA Fragment*" instead of "DNA Fragment".
